Wyoming - CPM/CNM

Part or full time midwife position open to the right midwife!

Earthside Birth and Wellness is a new and growing birth center in Cheyenne, WY. We are currently at 2-5 births per month and are growing quickly into 5-10. This position is open to ta midwife who enjoys being on a team, is open to contributing to growth in our community, operates from a positive growth mindset, and enjoys serving families. The ideal candidate is personable, positive, and can communicate directly, honestly, and is open to feedback (giving and receiving). The ideal candidate is comfortable working solo at times if needed but can work together easily with other midwives, enjoys sharing ideas and is open to new ideas as well.  

PT position is paid hourly, and FT is consideration for salary commensurate with experience. This position is flexible and we would consider a variety of options for practice for the ideal midwife.  

Since we are a new and growing birth center, the ideal candidate is open to building community relationships, networking, and community events.  

Earthside welcomes CNMs or CPMs. Our practice model is consistent with the CPM model of care. Many in our community in Wyoming seek individualized care.
