Our Community Birth Center is a community-focused organization in Springfield/Eugene, Oregon. We provide full scope nurse midwifery care in a birth center and clinic setting. Our services include pregnancy, birth, postpartum, ultrasound, newborn care, fertility, contraception, primary care, and gynecology. Our Community Birth Center has been open and providing services for over two years and during that time has established a robust and experienced team to support our midwifery work. We are looking forward to welcoming and supporting you whether you are a new graduate or experienced midwife.
Position type: Full-time, salaried staff position (exempt).
Start Date: We are ready for a midwife to start as early as November 2024 and interested candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of their preferred start timeline.
Salary: $7,000 - $7,500 per month depending on experience with scheduled pay increase at the end of the first 6 months.
Relocation Benefit: $7,000 for relocation support (if relocation support is not needed this can be negotiated to a different purpose).
Student Loan Repayment Benefit: $5,250 per year
