• New LM or CNM grads with community birth experience are welcome to apply.
• Shared call and office for six births/mo/midwife with 2 other FT midwives, plus a clinical director who covers vacations.
• Four wks/year of paid vacation, contribution to health care, and paid licenses, memberships and CEUs.
• Opportunity for profit sharing and owning part of the business after three years.
