About Tammi Burk, CMC, CMIS, CMOM

Tammi is a seasoned birth center biller with more than two decades of experience in medical billing and office management. She currently serves as the Account Billing Manager at Innovation Billing Services Inc. She has a rich history at Special Beginnings Birth & Women’s Center where she expertly negotiated payor contracts and managed accounts receivable, contributing to optimal financial outcomes for the freestanding birth center. Tammi holds certifications as a Medical Coder (CMC), Medical Insurance Specialist (CMIS), and Medical Office Manager (CMOM) from the Practice Management Institute.
