KPIs for Birth Centers: An Introduction to the Concept

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – What are they and how do birth centers use them?

Join IRC leaders in August for an introduction to KPIs for birth centers. We will look at basic reports and what birth centers should be tracking as well as why KPIs can be different.

“When performance is measured, performance improves. When performance is measured and reported, the rate of improvement accelerates” Thomas S. Monson

Industry Relations Committee (IRC) members will be on hand to answer your questions and brainstorm solutions together.

AABC membership is required for IRC Office Hours. Registration is free and open to all AABC members.
